Newco Service first opened in 1980 as B&B Expo. In 1980, father and son Ted Brown and Mike Brown started B&B Expo on the North end of the boulevard in Neosho, MO. B&B Expo was one of the first dealers in Southwest Missouri to start selling Grasshopper zero-turn mowers.

In September of 1990, Ted Brown passed away. Ted's oldest son Rusty Brown stepped in with Mike to help on the service and repair side of the business. In 1993 Mike Brown left B&B Expo and took a position to be a regional factory sales representative for the Grasshopper company. Mike Brown still represents Grasshopper as a National Sales Representative, providing support and direction to dozens of regional factory sales representatives. Upon Mike's new position, Rusty took over ownership of B&B Expo.

In 1994 Rusty added his sister Suzie (Brown) Goodall to the business to assist in sales and help maintain the administrative side of the dealership. 1994 was also the year Rusty changed the name to Newco Service. The name change was in conjunction with them moving the business for the first time from Neosho, MO, to Grandy, MO.

In 1995 Rusty and Suzie moved Newco Service for the second time to East 20th Street, Joplin, MO. They operated out of Joplin for 12 years. In 2008 during the recession, Rusty and Suzie moved Newco Service for the third time. They moved Newco Service back to Granby, MO. They remained in Granby through the year 2010.

In 2010 Rusty and Suzie sold Newco Service to Triple J Holdings LLC. Triple J Holdings LLC was a partnership between Dwayne Jones, Janet Jones (spouses), and Jeremy Jones (son). Rusty Brown stayed with the new management group as a mentor for the next four years. Rusty still maintains a relationship with Newco as an advisor or rarely seen mechanical issues, but mainly as a friend.

In January 2011, Triple Holdings LLC moved Newco Service for the fourth time to its current location. 11989 Homer Lane Neosho, MO 64850. From 2010 to 2018, Dyawne and Janet Jones were the primary owners of Newco Service. Jeremy Jones managed the day-to-day operation of Newco Service. In January 2018, Dwayne Jones passed away. This same year, Janet Jones sold Newco Service and Triple J Holdings LLC to Jeremy Jones.

In June of 2023, Newco Service became a GME2 Dealer for Bobcat Company. Newco proudly carries Bobcat tractors, UTV's, and zero-turn mowers.

Currently, Jeremy Jones still manages the day-to-day operation of Newco Service with the help of his wife, Angela Jones. Triple J Holdings LLC is proud to be a part of the 42-year run (and still running) of Newco Service. We are proud to sell, service, and repair Grasshopper, Bobcat, ECHO and Shindaiwa power products.
